Yes, we are currently accepting new weight loss and wellness patients. We are not currently accepting primary care patients.

Do you offer telehealth visits?
Yes, we certainly do. There are certain types of visits that are not eligible for telehealth visits however please call our office to clarify if a telehealth visit is right for you. New patients need to be seen in our office for their first visit always.
Do you take my insurance?
We take most major insurance plans. Please call your insurance company to determine for certain if we participate in your network by calling the number on the back of your insurance card. Please visit our insurance page for more information. We also offer financing through Care Credit and Cherry Financing.
How can I request my medical records be sent to Journey Health & Wellness?
You must complete a release of information form and fax it to your previous provider's office. The form can be found here.
Do you offer GLP1 medications? Do you complete prior authorizations?
Yes, we do. If you have insurance coverage we will complete a prior authorization with your insurance. You MUST call your insurance to inquire about insurance coverage before your visit. We also offer self pay options for GLP1 medications and other weight loss medications at affordable pricing.
