Do you offer telehealth visits?
Yes, we certainly do.  There are certain types of visits that are not eligible for telehealth visits however please call our office to clarify if a telehealth visit is right for you.  New patients need to be seen in our office for their first visit always.

How do I setup a telehealth visit?
You may schedule a telehealth visit online by clicking this link.   If your visit should require an office visit instead, a member of our team will reach out to you to schedule an office visit at your availability.

Do you take my insurance?
We take most major insurance plans.  Please call your insurance company to determine for certain if we participate in your network by calling the number on the back of your insurance card.  

Will your office provide the same services as NP Angie Tucker Anderson's previous practice?
Yes, she is practicing the same as she did when you were seen by her at a former practice.  We have added a comprehensive wellness program as well.  

How can I request my medical records be sent to Journey Health & Wellness?
You must complete a release of information form and fax it to your previous provider's office.  The form can be found here.
